Van Damme has been designing professional audio cables since 1987 that have gained a good reputation in high end studios and international touring acts.

This Pro Grade Classic XKE Guitar Cable offers a number of attractive attributes which we have turned into one of our best value for money products at Cablesmiths. The central conductor is made from a combination of three silver plated and four oxygen free copper strands which is a unique design that improves conductivity whilst maintaining flexibility. Two levels of shielding are used to protect the cable from interference, the first being a black conductive thermoplastic and then a copper spiral shield providing 80% coverage, all encased in a very flexible black PVC jacket.

This flexibility makes it very useful for pedal board patch cables as well, but for some there might be concern that it is a little too flexible. In such cases were extra durability is required we recommend adding Techflex braiding to the cable.
